Who owns the photos?

The images you create with ProductAI are yours to use commercially. We do not use them for any purpose other than generating your results and improving our AI systems. Any training data is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is securely stored by trusted third-party providers in the EU or the US, depending on where you are located.

What types of photos work best?

Most product photos work well, especially square images (for example, 1024 × 1024). High-quality photos with a simple background are recommended for the best results. Nudity is not allowed. Swimwear and underwear are allowed.

Is payment secure?

Yes. We use Stripe to process payments and do not store your credit card details. PayPal is also supported.

Why doesn’t the AI follow my edit instructions?

The Edit tool may need a few tries to get the result you want. Try adjusting your prompt and running it again. Be as specific as possible and use clear, descriptive instructions.

Can I get custom image dimensions?

Custom dimensions are not currently available for the Extend Canvas tool. You can choose from preset aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 1:1, and social media formats.

Is ProductAI a web app or mobile app?

ProductAI is web-based, so there is no app download required. You can use it in any modern browser on desktop or mobile.

Can you produce custom videos/content for my brand?
